The bed adopts a staggered integral structure, placing the electrical box and cooling system inside the bed, making the whole machine compact, aesthetically pleasing, and easy to transport. The guide rail adopts a two horizontal and two vertical arrangement, and the side walls adopt a quasi arch structure. The vertical bars are connected to the bed bottom plate, and the bed is uniformly stressed, with good rigidity and small processing deformation, ensuring the high precision of the machine tool. It is an advanced equipment with high efficiency, high precision, and high reliability.
The slider is installed on the sliding plate that moves along the crossbeam guide rail. The slider guide rail adopts a fully enclosed structure with good cutting rigidity. The cross-sectional size of the slider is □ 320 × 320mm, and it is finely ground with embedded steel around it. It has good rigidity, high strength, and small deformation; By using ZF reducer electromagnetic automatic shifting, high and low speeds are achieved, which increases the range of spindle speed.
The crossbeam adopts a closed inclined section structure, with reinforced bars arranged reasonably inside. After two aging treatments to eliminate stress and achieve optimal stability, it has sufficient rigidity to ensure the accuracy of milling head processing.
